Julie entered the profession in 1989, working for a trade mark practice attached to a name creation agency. In her time there she conducted high volume searching and developed a high level of expertise in this area. She gained considerable experience in all aspects of trade mark practice especially in relation to the registration and protection of service marks. She qualified as a trade mark attorney in 1993. Julie recently joined the firm following a career break.

Julie is a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys qualified by examination and a Registered Trade Mark Agent. She is a professional representative authorised to practice before the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market.
